The balance of your booking will be required before the start of your function or hire period. This can either be in advance via cheque or credit/debit card. 

Please make cheques payable to WAV Ltd and post to ‘Wave Events, Suite 110, 3rd Floor, 36 Langham Street, London, W1W 7AP’. Please note that unless previously agreed on your booking confirmation cheques must be cleared before the start of your function or hire.

For Credit and Debit Card payment please call our office on 0845 602 02 98 between the hours of 10.00 and 17.00  Monday to Friday. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. A 3% card surcharge will apply. 

If we have agreed to invoice for payment after the event we must be paid in the time specified on the invoice. If you are a company immediate means we will give you 15 days grace after the event to pay the invoice. Late payment will incur a 10% increase of the final invoice amount. 

Cancellation charges are as follows:


(a) Between 45 - 59 days notice until function date, 25% of total fee
(b) Between 30 - 44 days notice until function date, 50% of total fee
(c) Less than 29 days notice until the function date, full fee
